Villa Sparina is a Gavi winery in Piedmont, spread over 100 hectares of which 70 are reserved for the cultivation of native grape varieties dedicated to the production of Gavi and Barbera. The vineyards are located in the hills of Monterotondo, one of the best exposed areas for the production of the Cortese grape.
