Alcoholic fermentation takes place in open-cap stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with maceration of the grapes for about 20 days.
Ruby red color. The olfactory profile expresses an elegant and complex bouquet with aromas of violet, aromas of small red fruit, spicy and balsamic notes.
It is a wine of great elegance, which goes well with elaborate and refined red meat main courses or with feathered game.
